Don’t tell em’ it’s green . . . to make ’em buy

Here’s another item in my skepticism series: More than six out of 10 consumers in the U.S. and Canada think “green” product claims are mostly hype. The survey was done by Ipsos North America, a division of the French market research firm Ipsos. The reports are separated into two brief writeups with some nuances between the American and Canadian sentiments, mainly to the effect that U.S. consumers are more skeptical than their cousins to the north.
